1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on The Legacy Story, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified through the payment method offered at checkout. Prices are charged in INR; other currencies shown are estimates for reference.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within the cancellation window (default 60 minutes) after payment, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

4. Returns & refunds

Because bakery products may be perishable or made for a specific order, return and refund eligibility depends on the product and the circumstances. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly and provide the requested order evidence. Any approved refund is processed through the applicable payment workflow.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

6. Custom and training services

Confirm names, dates, dietary information and other details before submitting a custom order or training application. Training dates, fees, syllabus and attendance requirements are confirmed for the applicable programme before participation.

7. Account responsibility

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
